Mass Leave ng 19 Immigration Officers sa NAIA Nag-iiyakan Ubos na Ang Budget sa Pang-araw-araw na Gastusin

Dahil daw sa hindi nabayaran ang Overtime nila - ang 19 Immigration Officers ng NAIA ay nagkasundo na gawin ang "Mass Leave". Ngayon ang iba sa kanila ay nag-iiyakan dahil naubusan na ng budget para sa pang-araw-araw na gastusin, kasama ang pang-upa sa bahay, pambayad sa tubig at kuryente ayon sa inilabas na interview ng GMA news sa ibang nag-AWOL na Immigration Officers.

Tanong ko sa iyo kabayan: Kung ikaw ay isa sa 19 Immigration Officers na nag-absent sa work mo sa NAIA - dapat mo bang sisihin ang Administration ni Pangulong Duterte - dahil lamang sa hindi ka nabayaran ng Overtime ikaw ay nag-AWOL at umiiyak ngayon habang iniinterview ka ng taga GMA news - dahil wala kanang pambili ng gatas ng anak mo, pagkain ninyo, pambayad sa tubig, kuryete at iba pang gastusin araw-araw? 

Ayon kay Sec Benjamin Diokno: "Ang nature ng job nila (19 Immigration Officers) ay job orders. 'Yung pagmamatigas nila, they can be replaced any time kapag hindi ka (sila) nagreport for work."

Kapag ang isang trabahador ay nag-AWOL - puwede iyon maging rason para materminet siya sa work niya. At masakit yon dahil lamang sa hindi nabayaran na Overtime mawawalan siya ng work. Ibig bang sabihin nito - mas malaki ang kita nila sa Overtime kaysa normal na sahod nila? Kasi ginamit nilang rason ang hindi nabayarang OT kaya sila nag "Mass Leave".

Alam natin lahat na ang airport natin ay isa sa mga pinakabising lugar. Sa loob ng 24 hours, 7 days a week - ang airport ay kailangan ng mga tauhan para sa mga pasaherong palabas ng bansa at mga pasaherong papasok sa bansa. Kaya ngayon dahil sa kakulangan ng mga trabahador sa NAIA - mahaba ang pila ng mga pasahero, palabas at papasok ng bansa.

  4. Before terminating them, give final warning. They have been there for long. And they deserve some kind of priority, If they refuse in s[pite of the stern warning, then you have reason to terminate them.

    1. Exactly they already received warnings - but what they did, they brought their case to media - what does that mean? Instead of reporting to their job locations and discuss the problem with the management or to their boss - they have chosen the presstitutes. Now it is already the talk of the town. Why they did it? Who is behind them? Of course, as government employees they still deserve for some kind of priority before terminating them. Thank you Mr. Robles, I appreciate your idea. Nice one!
