If Death Warrant is Practiced in Philippines, The Drug Problems and Other Heinous Crimes in The Country Might Cease Promptly

Sa unang bugso ng damdamin Senator Francis 'Chiz' Escudero was right to say that a search or arrest warrant can be served to drug suspects but not a 'death warrant'. Kaya seguro nasabi niya yon dahil he's a friend na malapit sa puso sa pamilyang Parojinog - and who knows baka ang pamilya Parojinog was one of those who supported him on his candidacy for VP position in May 2016 polls - ignoring the rights of the police team to depend themselves against those suspects who have resisted the police operation in serving arrest warrants that resulted of 15 people dead.

Senator Francis 'Chiz' Escudero and The Parojinog Family - Photo Credits My Facebook Friends Group
The above photo tells us how close is Senator Francis 'Chiz' Escudero sa mag-amang Mayor Reynaldo Parojinog na isa sa mga namatay during the police raid operation at VM Nova Princess Parojinog Echaves na kasalukuyan ay nakakulong kasama ang isa niyang kapatid na lalake.

Sa naging reaction ni Senator Francis 'Chiz' Escudero ay nagbigay daan sa akin para ma-educate ako kung ano ang pagkakaiba sa Search Warrant to Arrest Warrant and to Death Warrant. Below are the definitions of the said terms.

Search warrants are governed by Art. III, Section 2 of our Philippine Constitution. A search warrant is an order in writing, issued in the name of the People of the Philippine Islands, signed by a judge or a justice of the peace, and directed to a peace officer, commanding him to search for personal property and bring it before the court.

An arrest warrant is a warrant issued by a judge or magistrate on behalf of the state, which authorizes the arrest and detention of an individual. For more details about the term visit the website's link Batas Natin.

An execution warrant (also called death warrant or black warrant) is a writ that authorizes the execution of a judgment of death on an individual. An execution warrant is not to be confused with a "license to kill", which operates like an arrest warrant but with deadly force instead of arrest as the end goal. For details visit the link Death Warrant.

Looking at the above terms and their definitions - I much favored for the Death Warrant. Death Warrant should be practiced in Philippines. It can be the best solution to end the drug problems in the country side.

Anyways, this is only my personal opinion.

Today Google and The World are Celebrating The 44th Anniversary of The Birth of Hip Hop

DJ Kool Herc was a genius musician. His experiments with making music with record players became a history. Today, the world is celebrating the 44th anniversary birth of Hip Hop.
DJ Kool Herc - Father of Scratching
On August 11, 1973 - DJ Kool Herc was the DJ at his sister's back-to-school party. He extended the beat of a record by using two record players, isolating the percussion "breaks" by using a mixer to switch between the two records. Herc's experiments with making music with record players became what we now know as breaking or "scratching".

Would It Be The COMELEC Chief Andres Bautista is The Next Chief to Be Impeached by The Philippine Congress After Former SC Chief Justice Renato Corona

Two Chiefs: Former Chief Justice of SC Renato Corona and COMELEC Chief Andres Bautista

He was found guilty by the Senate of violating Article II of the Articles of Impeachment.

On December 12, 2011, he was impeached by the House of Representatives. On May 29, 2012, he was found guilty by the Senate of violating Article II of the Articles of Impeachment filed against him pertaining to his failure to disclose his statement of assets, liabilities and net worth to the public.

Would it be the COMELEC Chief Andres Bautista is the next Chief to be Impeached by the Philippine Congress after former SC Chief Justice Renato Corona?

The Loving Touch of President Duterte is Intensified to Hunt The Untouchable Dragons

The Loving Touch of President Duterte is Intensified to Hunt The Untouchable Dragons
When he said, I quote, "I will not allow the destruction of youth. I value human life, the way I value mine. You harm the children, and I will hound you to the very gates of hell."

The Downfall of The Untouchables: Dalawang Alkalde 'Cuan at Parojinog' Magkasunod na Natimbog

The Downfall of The Untouchables: Mayor Cuan and Mayor Parojinog

Islam is not an Interloper that came to a Christian Country: Lapu-Lapu, the First Filipino Hero

Many of us Filipinos are not aware that Islam is 141 years older than Christianity in the Philippines. Our history tells that Magellan used swords and making friendships to the people in this country to propagate Christianity. While Makhdum, an Arabian trader, missionary and scholar used his persuasive powers to introduce Islam in Philippines.

Courtesy of Leo Florendo: Lapu-Lapu (Shrine, Mactan) First Filipino Hero
The Christian religion came to our land when, on March 16, 1521, Ferdinand Magellan landed on Homonhon Island of Samar on an expedition sent by King Philip of Spain. The primary objective of the expedition was to conquer some spicy islands and to spread Christianity. The inhabitants of Homonhon Island, who were pagans, were the first to be converted.

The expedition took Magellan and his forces to Limasawa - (famous for the first mass in the Philippines officiated on Easter Sunday of March 31, 1521 by Father Pedro de Valderrama under the fleet of Ferdinand Magellan), Panay and Cebu also. While the people of Panay accepted the new religion, Lapu-Lapu in Cebu opposed him. A war ensued, and Magellan was killed. Following his death, King Philip sent more expeditions, with soldiers and preachers, to spread Christianity. As a result, the Philippines became the first Christian country in Asia.

In contrast to the general welcome Christianity received in the archipelago, it found resistance in Mindanao where the inhabitants were already Muslims. Makhdum/Mukhdum, an Arabian trader, missionary and scholar who arrived in Tubig Indangan,Simunul, Tawi-Tawi in 1380, introduced Islam in the Philippines. He introduced Islam with his persuasive powers, not with swords and making friendships method as Magellan did.

The point I wanted to make is that Islam is not an interloper that came to a Christian country. It has been in the Philippines for approximately 637 years, compared to the 496 years that Christianity has been here..

Who Will Be The Next Dragon to Meet His Final End After Mayor PAROJINOG of Ozamis City

Dragons of Ozamis City - Pamilya Parojinog

Who will be the next dragon to meet his final end?

Mga Muta at Dumi Ang Mga Raliyista Ngayon: Dapat Ba Silang Linisin at Walisin

Demonstrations and rallies have their uses as warning signals to our government workers. But they, in themselves, cannot solve problems. All that they do is to add to the fear of investors depriving ourselves of the investments needed to kick-start the economy.

Thanks to 24Oras Nakatutok

Opo nasa demokrasya tayo. I quote "This is a democracy...I am an exponent of freedom to air your grievance. You are free to do anything you want there. Just don't break the law and don't impede the flow of traffic."

261 Favored for Martial Law Extension Until December 31, 2017 Against The 18 Who Kicked Off The Motion to Extend The ML

Happy indeed for knowing that the request of President Duterte to extend the Martial Law for Mindanao has been approved by the majority members of the Senate and the members of the Lower House of the Philippine Congress and the said extension will end on December 31, 2017.

Below are records of affirmative and negative votes during the two days joint session of Congress that ended up on July 22, 2017.

  • The Senate has produced 16 affirmative votes and 4 negative votes
  • The House of Representative has produced 245 affirmative votes and 14 negative votes

Based from the above figures - there were about 261 affirmative votes that favored the motion for the extension of Martial Law for the whole Mindanao and 18 negative votes not favored for the extension of Martial Law for the region of Mindanao.

And again based from the above number of votes during the joint session of Congress - I learned that the Upper House of Congress has registered 20 active members present during the joint session. Correct me if I am wrong - the Senate has 24 members. However, one was sent off to jail and the other one has been appointed as Secretary of Foreign Affairs. Now the Senate has 22 remaining active members but during the voting period intended for the extension of Martial Law - the two of its members were found inactive. Where were they? Who were they?

While the Lower House of Congress has 294 members but during the joint session - there were only 259 members present on which 245 members voted for Yes and 14 members voted No. Where were the other 35 Congressmen? For me the said joint session was an important event that both the Upper and Lower House members should be 100% available. They were elected by the Filipino people to represent them but they failed to show up and did not keep their duties and obligation as representatives.

Anyways, what is of more important to me - the motion for the extension of Martial Law for Mindanao is approved until December 31, 2017. And I am not interested to know what would be the reasons of those 18 (comprising of 4 Senators and 14 Congressmen) why they voted No willingly. It is very clear to me "Wala silang Puso para sa Mindanao at mga Mindanaons!"

Detractors of Duterte Must Know Well That The President is Not Just Alone on His Fight

In John 8:46 says: "A Leader that insists on the Truth cannot please everybody." Those people who are not pleased are the people who cannot accept what is right. Under the Leadership of Duterte - many of his Detractors come alive in full force - trying hard to destabilize Duterte's Government.

However, Duterte must clear the Government Corruption, Drug Addiction, Terrorism in the country, Strengthen the country and Protect the people. When Duterte declared Martial Law for Mindanao - the Mindanaons felt happy and secured.

Duterte should give the world a political area that is honest, pure and just. In order to reach this goal - Duterte needs a perfect beginning. His War on Drugs, his War against Terrorism in the country and his War against the Corrupt Government Workers is the perfect beginning that started on his First day as the Elected President of this country.

The Spirit of the Dead Soldiers and all the Victims of the Marawi Crisis including those victims of Drugs, raped and other heinous crimes are watching him. They want Duterte to be seen as Loyal, Kind and Righteous ruler in the eyes of the people.

Maybe the 16 million + Filipinos who voted President Duterte, maybe are just a small percentage of our total population but we will make sure that our voices will be heard. You - Detractors of Duterte should know that President Duterte is not alone. We, the 16 million + Filipinos are here to support him.

Our support for Duterte and our fight with the president is for the love of our country and to our countrymen. We will not allow the biased media and other potential enemies of change to manipulate us and to corrupt our minds.

We will not allow to be ruled once again by another insensitive and a Puppet Leader, never again. The 31 years should be enough this country and the Filipino people have been fooled by those Puppet Leaders selected by Oligarchs.

The truth is - our president is fighting drugs which is a pandemic to our country. He is fighting terrorists, fighting narco-politicians, fighting corruption and fighting for a better Philippines.

There are many ways to fight back against President Duterte's Detractors. One is to tell the world about the truth nothing but the truth under the Duterte's Leadership. The other one is to give our 100% support to our beloved President Duterte.

Under The Duterte's Leadership, Ang Morale ng Kaniyang Kasundaluhan at Kapulisan ay Pataas Nang Pataas

Marcos-Robredo Electoral Protest '263,473' Will Compensate The Panel of Commissioners from PHP10,000 to PHP15,000 per Day

Because of these numbers 263,473 - the recounting of votes for the Vice Presidency position is expected to happen very soon which is found as the best solution to give justice for Marcos - who believed he was cheated by his opponent Robredo during the May election that happened a year ago in Philippines history, and through the Marcos-Robredo Electoral Protest justice will be served accordingly to both Marcos and Robredo's camps.

Marcos-Robredo Electoral Protest: Photo Credits - Marcos-Robredo Online Images
Ayon sa COMELEC - Robredo garnered votes of 14,418,817 while Marcos got 14,155,344 votes.

Sabi nga po under the administration of President Duterte, transparency is the best policy at tayong mga Filipinong bumoto as "Partners For Change" ay may karapatan na malaman ang totoo.

Now in conjunction of the Electoral Protest of Bongbong Marcos against Leni Robredo, the PET (Presidential Electoral Tribunal) has appointed retired Supreme Court Associate Justice Jose C. Vitug as the chairperson of the panel of commissioners. His members are Atty. Angelito C. Imperio and Atty. Irene Ragodon-Guevarra.

According to PET, The commissioners will decide unanimously to every extent possible, provided that in the event of failure to reach a unanimous decision, the majority decision shall prevail. The panel of commissioners, will assist in the reception of evidence pursuant to the PET rules. Under the rules, the panel will set the date for the reception of evidence of all the parties involved in the protest and counter-protest. The same panel will receive the affidavits of witnesses and hear their direct testimonies of witnesses as well as their cross, re-direct and re-cross examination. The hearing commissioners also has the authority to rule on the objects made in the course of the cross-examination subject to review by the PET. The chairperson will receive a compensation of PHP15,000 per day of hearing or service while the members shall receive a PHP10,000 per day of hearing or service.

The Significance of July 11 for BongBong Marcos, Fake VP Leni Robredo and The World

July 11 this year - is the most awaited day for the million Filipinos around the world (Filipinos who have supported and elected BongBong Marcos as their Vice President during the May 2016 Philippines polls), it is the official date granted and scheduled by the Supreme Court of the Philippines - a first step in order to determine who is the real Vice President of the Philippines elected by the Filipino people during the May election or a Vice President produced and selected through the power of PCOS machine.

July 11, 2017 BongBong Marcos - Leni Robredo - Ang Paghaharap: Photo Credits - Marcos Online Images
On this day, July 11, 2017, the Supreme Court will hold the Preliminary Conference on the Marcos-Robredo Electoral Protest before the start of Recounting of Votes. And it is assumed that supporters of BongBong Marcos (I am one of them) and the supporters of Leni Robredo - who was believed by millions of Filipinos around the world as a Fake Vice President (including myself) due to the alleged election fraud happened during the May 2016 polls would gather in full force, to guard and to shout their supports to their chosen leaders.

July 11, 2017 would become a history to be remembered by each and every Filipino because on this day - the spirit of Election against the spirit of Selection will be revealed through the Recounting of Votes. And the person who won by the process of election who was officially elected by the Filipino people would be brought to light and the person who won by the process of selection who was officially selected by the PCOS and the Oligarchs would be brought to light as well. And kindly share this to others, if possible.

By the way, July 11 is also the World Population Day. It is an annual event observed on July 11 every year, which seeks to raise awareness of global population issues such as the importance of family planning, gender equality, poverty, maternal health and human rights. The said event was established by the Governing Council of the United Nations Development Programme in 1989, which was inspired by the public interest in Five Billion Day on July 11, 1987 - the date on which the world's population reached five billion people.

A Heartless SC Associate Justice Marvic Leonen Ignores The Calls of 20 Million+ Mindanaons for Peace and Order in The Region

Nakakapanggigigil ang naging disisyon nitong si Associate Justice Marvic Mario Victor F. Leonen. Among the 15 Associates Justices of the Supreme Court - siya lang ang nag-grant ng petition ni Congressman Lagman et al - at abot ng kaniyang talino naniwala siya na there was "No Factual Basis For Martial Law Declaration". Of course, he has the right to dissent. He ignored their calls for peace and order for the whole Mindanao.
A Heartless Associate Justice of The Supreme Court Marvic Mario Victor F. Leonen
As of the 2010 census, the island's population itself is 20,281,545 people. while the Mindanao island group has 21,968,174 inhabitants. Davao City is the most populous city in Mindanao hosting 1,632,991 people, followed by Zamboanga City (pop. 861,799), Cagayan de Oro City (pop. 675,950), General Santos City (594,446) and Iligan City (342,618) based on the 2015 Census of Population.

Associate Justice Marvic Leonen is cruel and not worrying about other people. He showed a lack of empathy or compassion for the people of Mindanao who are crying for justice and supports. He has displayed a complete lack of feeling or consideration for them. Kaisa siya ni Trillanes who does not know what is democrat - at kina Lagman, Hontiveros, Pangilinan, Drilon, Bam Aquino at iba pang Dilawan.

Sa ibang banda, sumasaludo ako sa eleven Associate Justices voted to uphold Duterte's declaration of Martial Law for the whole Mindanao. They are:

  1. Associate Justice Presbitero J. Velasco, Jr.
  2. Associate Justice Teresita J. Leonardo-De Castro
  3. Associate Justice Diosdado M. Peralta
  4. Associate Justice Lucas P. Bersamin
  5. Associate Justice Mariano C. Del Castillo
  6. Associate Justice Jose C. Mendoza
  7. Associate Justice Bienvenido L. Reyes
  8. Associate Justice Estela M. Perlas-Bernabe

President Duterte Should Keep The Six Keeps With Him Up to The Last Day of His Term

Six keeps means to keep people who are Loyal, Brave, Trustworthy, Wise, Righteous and Kindhearted. They are the people that President Duterte should be kept with him up to the last day of his term.

President Duterte, The Last Hope

They have used many different methods para hubaran at ipahiya ang ating pangulo.

If there are good guys who are loyal, brave, trustworthy, wise, righteous and kindhearted, the country will be prosperous. But if there are bad guys the country will be poor. Then the country will collapse.

Duterte Deserves a Perfect Score of Ten Stars on His First Year as The 6th President of The Fifth Philippine Republic

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, The 6th and The 16th President

President Duterte deserves a perfect score of ten stars on his first year as the 6th president of the Fifth Philippine Republic and the 16th president after Emilio Aguinaldo.  President Duterte is the second president elected by the Filipino people after Marcos. The first one was President Joseph Estrada.

Former presidents: Corazon Aquino, Fidel Ramos, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and Benigno Aquino III were selected presidents by the Oligarchs and Puppets presidents of the Oligarchs, US, UN and the EU.

Thanks to Partner4Change for this video Pangulong Duterte Gusto Ng Kapayapaan Sa Bayan

The below message says, I quote, "I join our Muslim Filipino community in celebration of Eid'l Fitr. The first day of the Islamic month of Shawwal always brings great joy to our Muslim brothers and sisters. This signifies the successful journey towards spiritual purification through a monthlong fasting on this special day. Remember to thank Allah for bestowing upon you the resolve, courage and fortitude to obey his commandments during the blessed month of Ramadan.

"May this renewed sense of spiritual accomplishment give you the strength and courage to cultivate our communities in times when all odds seem stacked against us. It is our willpower and faith that will always see us through. Let us channel our energies towards fostering national unity - because dedicating our lives to the betterment of humanity is the best way to demonstrate our devotion to God.

"Together let us work towards building a society that is grounded on love, mutual respect and understanding. May this special day bring happiness, peace and prosperity to everyone. Eid Mubarak!"

Antonio Trillanes is a Senator for The Rich Or Elites Or The Oligarchs Not for The Common People

Mula mismo sa bunganga ni Senator Antonio Trillanes, kaniyang pinatunayan na siya is not representing the common people or the masang Filipino but representing the rich or elites or the oligarchs instead.

To watch the video click Trillanes/Sackur/Interview
What is democrat? The prefix demo - means "Common People". A democrat is a person who believes in democracy. Someone who opposed the aristocracy. Someone who believes in equality for all people and ruling by the majority.

President Duterte, The Most Accomplished Leader to Describe Exactly What is Love

In the name of love, President Duterte talks the talk and walks the walk. When he gives, he gives it by heart without expecting for any return because Duterte lives with love. He does not just promise but he works to accomplish it according to his will and to his best. He does know well how love works - as love heals broken hearts, broken homes and chaotic nation.

The common phrase which is abusively said "Without love our life is nothing at all" and Duterte believes it - because he knows that love heals the pain and agony of our hearts, homes and nations. It is a virtue representing all of human kindness, compassion, and affection. It is the basis for all being. It can be described as actions towards others or to oneself based on compassion. Or actions towards others based on affection. It refers to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from generic pleasure to intense interpersonal attraction.

President Duterte knows that love is the lodestar of life. It is the heart of life, the force that erases the differences between people, it bridges the splits of bitterness, the pot of gold at the beginning and at the end of the rainbow.

President Duterte has All the Resources to Prove that there is Rebellion in Mindanao: Reasons why Duterte proclaimed Martial Law No. 216 Now is Questioned by the Oppositions

He proclaimed Martial Law No. 216 for Mindanao dahil sa presensha ng rebellion. And the proclamation of Martial Law is to ensure the safety and security of the Filipino people and preserve our national integrity.
Pero para sa mga oppositions there is no rebellion in Mindanao - sa kabila na there were hundreds of Maute group members died including many of our hero soldiers at sa kabila rin na ang Martial Law ni Duterte is supported by the majority members of both the Upper and Lower Houses of Philippine Congress. Sa parte ko kabayan - if you were a law-abiding Filipino citizen (Muslim ka man O Kristyano) walang dahilan na matakot ka sa Martial Law. Pero bakit itong mga oppositions (LP o Dilawan) nangangatog na sa takot sa Martial Law ni Duterte - ibig bang sabihin - they are not law-abiding citizen?
Below are screen shots of the Martial Law documents No. 216 (for educational purposes and to show the transparency of Duterte's government to each and everyone). I do not owned the copyrights - all the copyrights belong to my FB friend's uploader Neil Robert Alagos Duterte.

The President of The Philippines Rodrigo Roa Duterte

President Duterte has all the resources to prove that there is rebellion in Mindanao, and the present of rebellion there is the reason why he proclaimed Martial Law No. 216 for the islands of Mindanao. Naisip ko tuloy... hindi pa ba sapat ang hundreds of teroristang Maute na nangamatay including of our hero soldiers? How about let us request Congressman Lagman and other petitioners isama na rin natin sila Sen Hontiveros, Drillon, Trillanes, Alejano, Bam Aquino and other LP members including the Justices of the Supreme Court na pumunta sa Marawi City, Mindanao at personal nilang tingnan ang mga nangyayari doon.

President Donald Trump Reveals The Meaning of Covfefe Through a Photo

Lahat ng nakabasa niyan ay hinalungkat ang iba't ibang English diksyonaryong available in the world to look for the meaning of "Covfefe". Even Google Translate could not give the true meaning of the word. Pero may isang dictionary online which is the Urban Dictionary has already defined it and has listed Covfefe and its meaning on their site as - "When you want to say 'coverage' but your hands are too small to hit all the letters on your keyboard."

It was said that President Trump had tweeted it on the early morning or after midnight of May 31, 2017 at around 12:06 am in Washington DC. He wrongfully typed the word coverage to "covfefe" as in "Despite the constant negative press covfefe" and immediately he tweeted it. However, after the confusing days, he reveals the meaning of Covfefe through a photo as you see below.

Looking at the above photo you see President Trump is holding a executive order to be awarded to a certain name of a person - as you see it at the left side you see and read the word Covfefe and at the right side is the subject of the word. And of course, I am lucky and happy as the recipient to receive his EO.

Okay. Now let's know the meaning of Covfefe according to Urban Dictionary

Covfefe is the once secret name of an ancient tentacle monster that white supremacists fornicate with. The name was leaked to the public when Donald Trump, well known leaker of classified info, tweeted while relieving his arousal upon its girth. In the throes of passion, Trump cried out the name of his lover mid-tweet, EJACULATING IT INTO CYBERSPACE!

Originally coined by Donald Trump, 45th President of the United States of America, covfefe will inevitably come to be syonymous with sending a text or publishing a tweet prematurely and with egregious spelling errors.

Covfefe means - When you want to say "coverage" but your hands are too small to hit all the letters on your keyboard. Like what President Trump tweeted on May 31, 2017 at 12:06 am in Washington DC that reads, "Despite the constant negative press covfefe."

So Covfefe means Coverage.

The Philippine Independence Day: June 12, 1898 After The 646 Days The Martial Law was Declared on August 30, 1896

It happened when the revolt had spread to the 8 provinces namely: Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Pampanga, Tarlac, Laguna, Batangas and Nueva Ecija. It was the Spanish Governor-General Ramón Blanco, 1st Marquis of Peña Plata, to declare a "state of war" in those provinces and place them under martial law.

Philippine Flag
After 1 year, 9 mos and 11 days or approximately equivalents to 646 days, the Philippine Independence Day was proclaimed on June 12, 1898 by Emilio Aguinaldo at his ancestral home in Cavite. On 18 June 1898, Aguinaldo issued a decree formally establishing his dictatorial government. And followed another decree signed and issued by Aguinaldo, replacing the Dictatorial Government with a Revolutionary Government, with himself as President on June 23, 1898.

Ayon sa mga historian the eight rays of the sun na makikita sa ating Watawat represent the provinces of Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Pampanga, Tarlac, Laguna, Batangas and Nueva Ecija which were declared under Martial Law by a Decree of the Spanish government during the revolution of 1896. And the three five-pointed stars represent the three main island groups: Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. The white equilateral triangle stands for equality and fraternity. The blue stripe means peace, truth and justice while the red stripe represents the Filipino's patriotism and valor.
